I was a little nervous at first and worried I might be getting fooled, but the tracking updates came through along the way and that made me feel more comfortable. It did take a bit of patience, but my order showed up fine in the end with no real issues.

"Refund went smoother than I expected"
I canceled my order after I’d already paid, and I was ready for the usual runaround you sometimes get when a company already has your money. To their credit, support got back to me the next day, and the refund was back on my card in about 4 days. Not exactly something I was expecting, but it ended up being a fair experience

Checkout was smooth and stress-free. The pages loaded just fine, and my payment went through without any hassle, which was a relief. I was frustrated because my order wasn’t accurate. Something in it was wrong, so I had to reach out to support to get it fixed, which took extra time I wasn’t planning on. For me, order accuracy is a big deal, so I’m giving 2 stars

My order showed up without any issues, so that part was good. I just had a lot of worries about possible side effects and didn’t really feel like anyone was paying much attention to my concerns. It would’ve been nice to get a little more reassurance or a clearer response

To be fair, this was a simple order, so I’m not going to overhype it. But the communication was genuinely good. When I had questions, the replies actually addressed what I asked instead of feeling like a generic copy-paste response. I got updates at the right times and never felt like I had to guess what was going on. Simple, clear, and exactly what I was hoping for.

"Got my order, but the slow tracking was annoying"
My delivery did come through and the site seemed trustworthy enough, but the tracking was way too slow and that’s on them. I shouldn’t have had to keep checking and wondering what was going on. Support did reply, and I did get what I paid for in the end, but they really need to fix the tracking updates

I haven’t ordered yet, just looked around and checked prices. The site loaded fine, and the menu was easy enough to use. Search worked okay. A couple pages felt a little busy, but overall it was decent.

I’d been trying to find a couple of things that seemed to be out of stock everywhere else, and 1trustpharmacy.com ended up having them available right away. I liked that the product pages clearly showed what was in stock, so I didn’t have to keep refreshing or checking back throughout the day. The site was easy to move around on, and I found what I needed quickly. Really appreciated the decent selection and accurate stock info. 5 stars from me

I’d only talk about how the shipping actually went for you. If it arrived late, say that. If it came on time, say that too. No need to dress it up or make it sound worse than it was, even though it kind of feels like some people might be doing that
